As a 10-year veteran and former Law Liaison with the Arlington Police Department, Stephanie is uniquely familiar with the stress and trauma first responders and veterans encounter. She has spent her career specializing in complex trauma working with survivors of sexual assault and abuse, domestic violence, combat trauma, vicarious trauma, dissociative disorders, PTSD, self-harm, OCD, eating disorders, suicidal and homicidal ideation, and psychosis. |
Insurance Reimbursement / Self-Pay Rate
- We are no longer accepting insurance for testing and assessments. Thank you for your understanding.
- Self-Pay rates for testing can very depending on the clinical interview and various test batteries your clinician recommends for you to complete. Good Faith Estimate will range from $700 to $2500 for testing completion.
Testing and Assessments
- Attention Deficit / Hyperactive Disorder ($500 plus $200 for clinical interview) - This includes clinical interview, rating scales, and differential diagnostic assessment as well as full report including findings and recommendations for treatment. Assessment is available to individuals age 5+.
- Autism Spectrum Disorder ($1500 plus $200 for the clinical interview) - This evaluation includes a comprehensive clinical interview, administration of the ADOS-2 along with supplemental battery of screening measures to assess for presence of Autism related symptoms as well as evaluation for ADHD and differential diagnostic assessments as well as full report including findings and recommendations for treatment. Assessment is available to individuals age 5+.
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ($500 plus $200 for the clinical interview) - PTSD is a complex condition that is triggered by exposure to a traumatic event which can occur at any stage of life. Assessment involves extensive clinical interview, screening measures to assess levels of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and traumatic responses as well as full report including findings and recommendations for treatment. Specific screening measures vary based on age.
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder ($500 plus $200 for the clinical interview) - This evaluation includes extensive clinical interview, differential diagnostic screening measures as well as full report including findings and recommendations for treatment. Assessment is available to individuals age 6+.
- Specific Learning Disabilities / Psychoeducational Evaluation ($750 plus $200 for the clinical interview) - This evaluation includes extensive clinical interview, ADHD assessment, differential diagnostic screening measures, as well as a full report including findings and recommendations for treatment. The evaluation provides understanding of individual academic functioning and assists in understanding individual capabilities for completing certain academic tasks in the areas of spelling, word reading, math computation, and reading comprehension. This assessment may assist in the development of IEP and 504 accommodations but is not sufficient for diagnosing specific intellectual deficits. This evaluation is available to individuals age 5+.
