Heather is the owner and founder Mindful Solutions counseling and has more than 10 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings including agency, inpatient hospital, emergency hospital, partial hospitalization, juvenile probation, and private practice. She has also studied abroad in London and Australia for in-depth training in Neuroscience, sex therapy, as well as Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy. In addition, Heather is an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Texas Wesleyan University.

I enjoy working with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families who are ready to take the next step in their life. I specialize in using Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative therapy approach. I believe inspiration and motivation will make a difference in your life. In my free time I enjoy training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and spending time spending time outside.
