About Myself:
Life loves to throw us curve balls to test our limits. Sometimes we feel anxious, burnt out, depressed and hurt because transitions are difficult and there is not a manual we can reference to help with the navigation. That's where therapy comes in. I think the most important part of therapy is creating a safe, comforting space where an individual has the freedom to explore their pain, joys and humanity. Think of me as a flashlight, I will shine the light on patterns/experiences throughout your lifetime and you get to choose whether or not we dive deep into the trenches.
