About Myself:
Reaching out for support from a therapist can be a vulnerable experience. It is sometimes hard to know how we can get help when we are struggling. I want to help you decide how to move forward in building a better life. What we do now can make a world of a difference in the future. I have worked with many individuals to help them overcome life’s stressors. I am especially skilled at supporting clients who have experienced depression, anxiety, difficulties at school/work, trauma, drug use, co-occurring issues, and relationship difficulties.
“Life, at its best, is a flowing, changing process in which nothing is fixed.” – Carl Rogers
Specializations: Anxiety, Depression, Physical and Sexual Abuse, Trauma, Substance Use
