About Myself
Growing up, a bilingual Hispanic household did not typically discuss mental health and therapy. When I began my undergraduate journey through psychology, I learned much about the holistic overview of the mind and body. So much so that I decided to start studying again to work as a therapist. I am here to help others become their best self and am humbled to help someone through their personal growth. Therapy is a safe space; together, I would like to support healing and allow change with grace.
Specializations:
Anxiety, Depression, Family/Relationship Issues, Grief, Life transitions, Trauma
