The Parent Coaching Support Group: is an 8-week program designed to help parents strengthen relationships, understand their parenting style, and create calmer, more connected homes. Each week focuses on building practical skills in communication, emotional regulation, positive discipline, and healthy boundaries. Participants explore how different parenting styles affect connection, structure, and trust. Learning to balance warmth with consistency for a secure and nurturing family environment.
Drawing from the Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) framework and other evidence-based parenting approaches, this group empowers parents to connect before correcting, teach through empathy, and respond instead of react. Through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and guided reflection, parents gain tools to support cooperation, confidence, and emotional growth in their children.
Facilitated by a Master-level intern under supervision at Mindful Solutions Counseling, this program provides a supportive, judgment-free space for parents to grow, reflect, and connect.
