Jen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor who believes every person’s story is like a quilt; made up of unique experiences, relationships, strengths, and challenges that shape who they are. Jennifer provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and build a more connected and meaningful future. She works with children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 and older, helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, family conflict, and impulse control difficulties. Prior to entering private practice, Jennifer served as a CPS Investigator, worked in behavioral healthcare, and provided care in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, giving her extensive experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of life challenges. Drawing from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Person-Centered, and Strength-Based approaches, Jennifer believes that healing comes from recognizing strengths, developing practical solutions, and empowering clients to create lasting change.

About Myself:
My passion for helping others began through my own experiences with family, friends, and mental health challenges. Early in my career, I wanted to understand why people do the things they do. Over time, I learned that healing is often less about the "why" and more about learning how to navigate life's challenges and move forward in healthy ways. I believe every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. Sometimes we simply need support in recognizing patterns, connecting the dots, and finding solutions that may be difficult to see on our own.
