Caren Ricke, LPC-Associate, is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works with children, families, and parents, offering counseling services to clients ages 5 and up. Her clinical work includes individual therapy, parent coaching, and family dynamics, with a strong focus on collaboration, safety, and meaningful change.

Caren has experience working with survivors of domestic violence and is intentional about creating a supportive and empowering environment. She utilizes a client-centered approach, ensuring each client feels heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. She incorporates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients identify strengths, set achievable goals, and move forward with clarity and confidence. She has also facilitated parent coaching support groups utilizing Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), supporting caregivers in strengthening attachment, regulation, and relational trust within their families.

Caren is deeply committed to ongoing learning and providing evidence-based, compassionate care. She has taught several courses as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University and has worked extensively with at-risk youth in the Fort Worth area, bringing both clinical expertise and real-world experience into her work.
