Brianna works with adolescents ages 15 and older and has a strong passion for supporting first responders and healthcare professionals, particularly those navigating work–life balance challenges. Her clinical focus includes trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, with an emphasis on helping clients process and understand their emotional experiences in meaningful and lasting ways. She uses an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating Existential, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to treat the whole person rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis. With 13 years of experience working in a hospital setting, she brings a deep understanding of the emotional demands placed on helping professionals, which ultimately inspired her to pursue her master’s degree with the goal of serving the first responder community. She values each client’s unique experiences and strives to create a therapeutic space that is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in authenticity.

I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and human, not overly rigid or clinical. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you explore the deeper patterns behind what you’re experiencing, while encouraging you to show up as your authentic self in the therapy space. I am committed to continuing to learn and integrate new techniques in a way that feels natural and approachable. Outside of work, I enjoy learning new crafts, reading across many genres, playing board and video games, and spending time with my family and our many animals.
