Through her experience providing individual and group therapy in both hospital and community settings, she has developed a deep appreciation for the ways culture, identity, and personal experiences shape each person's journey.
Blanche's therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices while focusing on each person's strengths, values, and goals. Whether clients are facing burnout, navigating significant life changes, processing trauma, or working toward greater self-understanding, Blanche strives to create a supportive environment where growth, healing, and resilience can flourish.
About Myself:
I believe that mental health looks different for everyone, and life's challenges can affect each of us in unique ways. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults ages 15 and older, helping them navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, identity development, and trauma. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their individual needs, strengths, and goals.
I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate both expected and unexpected life changes, offering encouragement, validation, and practical tools to help them move forward with confidence and hope.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exploring new experiences, spending quality time with loved ones, and finding balance through both creative and restorative activities.
