My experiences as a military wife, mother, long-distance runner, master gardener, and hospice medical social worker have given me resilience, discipline, nurturing skills, and a deep understanding of grief and complex emotional pain. My objective as a therapist is to provide guidance and create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their inner strengths, change unhealthy behaviors, develop coping skills, and enhance both their mental and emotional well-being.
