Children (ages 6-8)
9:00am-10:15am Children (ages 9-11) 10:30am-11:45am Topics: Anxiety, impulse control, making friends, ADD/ADHD tools and strategies for success. |
Adolescents (ages 12-14)
12:30-1:45pm Adolescents (ages 15-17) 2:00pm-3:15pm Topics: Anxiety, mood swings, building self-confidence, social skills, and facing adversity in positive ways. |

She has over ten years of experience in a school, and therapeutic setting. Emily's goal is to work with clients to find healthy responses to the challenges life will throw them! |
