Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University
Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma Christian University

Mandy has been a professional therapist for over 25 years. She started her career in the corporate world and then added a wide variety of experience from working in private practice, faith based counseling centers, and nonprofit organizations. Her areas of focus are life transitions, physical health and wellness, supporting individuals and families through difficult medical diagnoses, and grief and loss. She thrives working with young adults in high school and college, women in all stages of life, and families with a chronically ill child. 

Types of Therapy:
Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Individual Therapy, Medical Trauma/Chronic Illness, Faith Based therapy upon request.

About Myself: 

Therapy is a great tool to always have in your back pocket. It doesn’t have to be intimidating or overly complex. Sometimes you simply need a safe space and caring professional to boost you towards becoming the best version of yourself. It is my honor to walk alongside others as they bravely trust the process and discover not only their own unique strengths but also new ways to navigate life’s difficult circumstances. 

In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and traveling to visit our two grown daughters. I am a native Oklahoman, but have been in Texas long enough to call it home. I am an avid reader, writer, and daily early morning walker with our German Shepherd.
