About Myself:
My background centers on working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. I began my career supporting veterans, first responders, and their families; populations I remain deeply connected to in my current work. I also serve adults navigating estranged relationships, particularly those shaped by high-conflict family dynamics. Many of my clients find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and they come to therapy seeking clarity, healing, and a way forward. I also work with individuals who are facing addiction, significant life transitions, or a loss of identity, helping them rediscover their sense of purpose and reconnect with their values. I understand how difficult it can be to break free from patterns that keep us feeling stuck, and it is my hope to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you truly want. Upon request, I offer faith-based counseling.
